Appointments are a great opportunity to discuss your individual health needs and goals with the practitioner of your choice. ReConnect+ will give you access to a huge library of educational content, exercise and mobility from a variety of health care providers all focused on women’s specific health needs. It can either be the start to your health journey or support your work with your individual health care provider. 

Depending on your starting knowledge about women’s health and all things core and pelvic floor – starting with our educational content surrounding topics that interest you or are relevant to your health or individual concerns would be a great place to start. We also highly recommend any of the exercise classes that are beginner friendly.

ReConnect+ offers a huge variety of pelvic health, women’s health, core and exercise content from a large number of healthcare providers. Make sure you browse around and meet all our instructors and check out their different classes and educational content.

Absolutely! If you feel you no longer need the subscription, you can cancel at any time.

You membership automatically renews monthly for $17 If you would ever like to cancel, please email us at [email protected].

A cancelled subscription is still valid until the end of your monthly billing period.

If you wish to continue your subscription but your credit card expires, you will have to resubscribe with your new credit card information for continued access.
